A more educative website for their main product, a few changes on distribution and a few revisited recipes, the company is ready for bigger expansion. Julien Reignier, chef and founder to the brand, explains his plans and the story of how he started. Located on Mont-Royal Street, the small boutique offers you the fresh and delicious macarons in a variation of flavors. Poppy flower, caramel fleur de sel, roasted pistachio, exotic, hazelnut, blueberry, Chaï Latté… in total, 21 flavors made of high quality ingredients only. Chosen with care, all of them are contributing to the unique taste of the final product. These delicious creations are prepared from the chef himself in a Montreal-based atelier. I have been a fan of the boutique for a couple of years now, enjoying these delightful macarons and introducing the brand to other friends. How to say… no one can resist such a bliss!
