We would usually refer to this tower as a «condo project» but here’s the thing, Porsche Design Tower is so far beyond, it can’t be compared to anything we already know. The one of a kind 560 million dollars project is a partnership between leading german luxury and lifestyle brand from car manufacturer Porsche and the renowned real estate developer Gil Dezer. The tower is offering 132 units on the market and should be completed in 2016. From 4000 to 16 000 square foot, most of the units will also offer an infinity pool on each private balcony. Located in Sunny Isle Beach right off A1A, it offers breathtaking ocean views and an impressive list of amenities. Ballroom, movie theater, hair salon, full service spa, outdoor pool on the fifth floor with Atlantic ocean view and full bar and restaurant service…and the list goes on!

The building will feature a robotic parking system and elevator that will allow its residents to park their cars in their own private garage at the door step of their residence. The glass wall garage will be in view from your living room or bedroom… Some might say it is madness to get excited seeing your sport cars from your living room…Yes, mad for cars!
